   Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI),全球领先的高性能信号处理解决方案供应商,最近推出两款完全校准的16位分辨率、高线性度数字温度传感器,可以在宽工作温度范围内实现业界最高精度水平。高精密、低漂移数字温度传感器ADT7420和ADT7320可以在–20?C至+105?C温度范围内实现业界最佳的±0.25?C精度。此外,新型传感器还可在–40°C至+125°C温度范围内提供业界领先的±0.5oC精度。无需测算平均结果即可获得更高的精度,从而确保工业、仪器仪表和医疗应用的数据测量速度更快,控制环路更精密,能效和可靠性更高。新型数字温度传感器还提供高精度系统基准温度测量,可减少基于软件的热电偶冷结温度补偿应用和红外成像系统的误差。欲了解具体特性的更多信息,请观看视频。

    与其他解决方案不同,数字温度传感器ADT7420和ADT7320可即插即用,不需要额外进行信号调理或校准。产品提供I2C (ADT7420) 或SPI (ADT7320) 数字接口,系统设计人员可将器件轻松集成到数据采集系统、光通信系统、环境控制系统、医疗设备或食品与药品温度监控器中。


关于16位数字温度传感器

   ADI公司的新型数字温度传感器在–40°C至+150?C工作温度范围内,保证工作电源电压为2.7 V至5.5 V。工作电压为3.3 V时,电源电流为210 μA(典型值)。传感器提供每秒采样一次的低功耗模式,在这种模式下,工作电压为3.3 V时,电源电流仅46 μA(典型值);同时还提供关断模式,电源电流可降至仅2 μA。其他可编程选项包括过温/欠温和关键温度指示器。
